Lost Crossing Wins Award

I have recently completed the score for another Blue Lantern Films Production, “LOST CROSSING”. It was once again, a great pleasure working with Eric Blue on one of his projects. It took us some time to come up with the over all sound for the film. I ended up really zoning in on the film’s vibe of being “trapped” and “confined” by using a pseudo Bernard Herrmann – Twilight Zone type sound for the score. A small string ensemble, vibes, piano, harp , miscellaneous percussion & a few ambient pads.

The film is a 20 minute short film about:
A 15-year-old Marie running away from home, is befriended by a fellow traveler, Sheila, when they are unexpectedly stranded in the small town of Lost Crossing. Their friendship provides a needed lifeline until a disturbing secret catches up with them and Marie must find a way to escape on her own.

The film won ‘Best of Show’ at the Accolade Film Awards
